Limited Warranty SaverSystems warrants ACS (Anti-Creo-Soot) products to be free from manufacturing defects.

SaverSystems recommendations for use of this product are based upon tests believed to be reliable. Since field conditions vary widely, the user must determine the suitability of the product for the particular use and specific method(s) of application. Due to the fact that SaverSystems has no control over surface preparation and application methods, no guarantee as to results is offered, expressed or implied. SaverSystems warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects.

SaverSystems’ liability shall be limited in all events to supplying enough product to re-treat the specific areas to which defective product was applied. This warranty does not include the cost of labor application. SaverSystems shall not have any other liability including direct, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
