Adjust the splints on both sides according to the ankle joint condition, aligning the gel protective fill-in with the prominent positions of the ankle bones, and ensuring an even gap between the splints.<br> 3.Pass the upper adjustable strap through the front of the shin and secure it with the buckle. Place the lower adjustable strap on the hook and loop, pass it through the front of the shin, and secure it with the strap.<br> 4.It is recommended to wear socks with the product.<br> 5.After relieving swelling, the product can be worn with low-top, loose, and soft lace-up shoes.
